
Therapist Support Group
This is a virtual therapist-facilitated support group for therapists. This group is intended for therapists who are able to commit to attending for eight weeks, in order to increase sense of safety and community for those participating.
The Therapist Support Group is a place to to feel less alone; to vent about frustrations that only other therapists will understand; to discuss the themes you are experiencing in sessions; and to share your own goals and needs.
Participants, while welcome to offer support and feedback, are not expected to provide the majority of guidance. I will lean on my 12 years of experience to facilitate and provide guidance and resources. New group members will also receive a free half hour one-on-one professional consultation with me, on a topic of their choosing, included in the cost of the group.

Body Doubling Documentation Group
This virtual group is a wonderful option for therapists & other professionals who would benefit from quiet support, in a dedicated time and space, in order to complete documentation and other tasks (such as notes, superbills, letters, and emails).
During each group, I will utilize the chat feature to check in regarding progress at regular intervals, offer support when brains aren’t cooperating and writing feels impossible, and provide hands on suggestions. Participants can use the chat feature, if they’d like, to share goals for their time, progress, and barriers. While all microphones will be off to prevent distraction, participants are welcome to have their cameras on or off.
